Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered.

When you purchase a Mojobuilder digital product (such as an eBook or downloadable resource), you receive immediate access to the content. Because digital files cannot be returned or “un-downloaded,” we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or unused downloads.

Exceptions

We will make things right if something goes wrong.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product
• You did not receive access to the digital product due to a technical issue on our side
• The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to resolve the issue
